Laura works as a manager in the Energy Systems team. She has over seven years' experience working in the low energy space, providing modelling, analysis and strategic advice to a wide range of stakeholders from across the industry. At the Carbon Trust, she leads work on energy network flexibility, electricity markets and distributed energy assets. Prior to joining the Carbon Trust she worked at Delta-EE, providing market intelligence to players across the sector through the Flexibility Research Service and managing and delivering innovation projects for network companies across Europe. Her focus area was distributed networks and harnessing flexibility from small assets such as heat pumps, electric vehicles and home batteries. Laura has a first class MSci in Natural Sciences from Durham University.
